Thank you for pointing this out.
This does exist already, but it looks like it was a step missed from our Upgrade Guide. We will add it to the upgrade guide straight away.
The "Event Mailing List" value needs to be added to both fields of Organizing Entity Object "evsprk__Clone_Event_Required_Settings__c" and "evsprk__Clone_Event_Default_Settings__c"
This has now been added to the Upgrade Guide under section 3.3 for Version 3.13
