Currently if all ticket types get used up, or expiry date passes and the event capacity isn't reached a delegate can still book on and doesn't get charged at all.

Obviously in ideal world you would check your capacity and ticket quantity tied up perfectly and no tickets were accidentally expiring BUT so easy for one of these numbers/dates to get changed without the other.

So my suggestion is... if the event is marked as 'Pay Now' or 'Pay now or Pay Later' then no-one should be able to bypass without a ticket. This week I had 30 bookings go through without tickets - just as free bookings. Tricky to then sort out and say sorry you were supposed to select a ticket (which had accidentally expired so didn't show to delegate).
