The existing flow is a 5 step process to purchase the tickets which is not very user friendly. What we want is a quick and express way for users to purchase tickets. We want to avoid the step where they need to assign the tickets. We also want to send only 1 QR code email for any number of tickets purchased from single email address. It would be good to have the whole checkout process on same page - starting with entering details-- enter number of tickets and type of tickets -- pay for the ticket. We have received a lot of feedback from our users that it takes too long to purchase a ticket and people do abandon it midway.

Secondly, can we also reduce the number of pages we need to visit while trying to get to the booking wizard and give us the ability to open the booking wizard directly on clicking the buy ticket on the event collection page?
