Show Time Zone in the users local time zone

Utilise script within the site to present the event start and end times in the users local time zone. The event/function record could be stored in UTC and then the site would display this correctly to end users.

And enhanced deliverable would be to have the following options:

1) Sole Local Conversion (e.g. Event starts at 10:00 AM GMT)

2) Primary + Local Conversion (e.g. Event starts at 10:00 AM GMT. That's 12:00 PM in your local time.)

3) Combined with Hover (e.g. 10:00 AM GMT (Hover/Tooltip shows: 12:00 PM SAST - This is your local time.)
